I began my real estate career in 2005 with a lot of enthusiasm and a bit of naivety. I believed the business would be simple—show a few houses, help people buy their dream homes, and enjoy the process. While I quickly learned that real estate is far from easy, I was absolutely right about one thing: helping people and families find a place to call home is incredibly rewarding.

Born in Pennsylvania, I spent most of my adult life in Southwest Florida before life’s changes led me to the beautiful Lowcountry of South Carolina. Living and working in different regions has given me a broad perspective and a deep appreciation for how location, lifestyle, and personal goals all play a role in finding the right place to call home.

Through years of trial, error, and guidance from some truly amazing mentors, I’ve gained invaluable experience and insight. I don’t view real estate as just a job, but as a daily learning experience. Every client, every family, and every situation is unique. Understanding a person’s expectations, dreams, and goals takes time, patience, and a thoughtful approach—and that’s where I thrive.
