Born and raised in Buffalo, NY, I moved to Hilton Head Island in 1998 to pursue a career in Culinary Arts. That path eventually led me to property and regime management, and ultimately to my true passion, real estate.

With more than 25 years of experience in the Lowcountry, I offer extensive market knowledge and guide both buyers and sellers with integrity, professionalism, and a high standard of service. My background provides a strong understanding of master deeds, CC&Rs, budgets, and reserves, which is especially valuable when working with residential properties and short-term rental investments. With a strong foundation in education, ethics, contracts, and real estate law, I approach every transaction with precision, care, and a dedication to exceeding today’s professional standards. Actively involved in multiple Realtor associations and having served on the Hilton Head Area Realtors Board of Directors, I am committed to elevating the industry and the level of service my clients receive.
