**I specialize in Luxury, Estate, Oceanfront, Lakefront, Vacation Homes, Investment, and Residential Private Communities.   

** I work the markets on Hilton Head Island, Daufuskie Island, Bluffton, Hardeeville, and The Surrounding Communities in South Carolina.

**I have a wealth of knowledge of the Low Country since I started to visit the Island in 1987 and have lived in the area since 1998 and own several local investment properties too!  That is 35+ years of Low Country Expertise!

**I have over 20+ years of experience in Analytical and Information Technology, with a BS in Computer Information Systems. (Which gives me a strong “out of the box” analytical approach of making sure you are getting the right value for your property). 

**From 2008 to 2017 I ventured out to Los Angeles with my daughter, Tabitha Morella, to seek Tabitha’s acting career, which gave me the opportunity to open my own Actor Training School for Youth & Teens.  You may have seen Tabitha on prime time shows such as Two and Half Men, NCIS, NCIS LA, Dexter, The Middle, Icarly, Suite Life On Deck, and How To Get Away With Murder to name a few!  This experience gained me a wealth of knowledge in Sales and Marketing to clients all over the world.

On top of my Negotiating and Networking with IT professionals most of my career I have gained an elaborate Sales and Marketing experience for over 9+ years in the Los Angeles CA, 2+ years in Roanoke VA, 3+ years in Las Vegas NV, and 16+ years in the Low Country of SC.
