I have been coming to HH since 1994 when my parents owned a condo in Shipyard as snowbirds. They retired in HHP in 1997 where we continued to visit them at holidays and summer vacation.  We moved here full-time in 2018 from living overseas in France, Jordan, and Tunisia when they began to fall in their home and required assistance.  I obtained my RE license that December and started with Keller Williams.  I had a steep learning curve since I had never owned a home or applied for a mortgage. Early on, the broker tours weekly helped me get out into the community and I have attended nearly all professional development events over the past 4 years.
