Tom Britschge, Realtor with The John Weber Team, serving Hilton Head Island, Bluffton, and the South Carolina Lowcountry

Tom knows what it's like to pack up a life and move to the Lowcountry, because he did it himself. In 2022 he moved his wife Mandie and their four boys from central New York to Hilton Head Island. Today he helps buyers make that same move with confidence.

Before real estate, Tom spent more than fifteen years in business. He owned and ran a chain of garden centers for a decade. He then led East Coast sales for a biotechnology company and later served as director of retail sales for a soil manufacturer. That background shaped how he works now. He's a hands-on problem solver, a straight-shooting negotiator, and a strong communicator who treats every client's money like it's his own.
