Ed has been a Real Estate Professional since 1977 and a consistent multi-million dollar producer. Ed has held the Certified Residential Specialist designation (CRS) from the National Association of Realtors since 1982 and actively pursues all opportunities in continuing education and training.

Born in Savannah, Georgia Ed grew up in Richmond Hill near the Ford Plantation and acquired a deep understanding and love of the Coastal South and its Unique Lifestyle. A graduate of Georgia Southern University with a Degree in Psychology, he was a founding member of the Eta Zeta Chapter of the Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity at GSU. Ed's wife Diana is a Human Resources Professional and is also a graduate of Georgia Southern.

Ed is active in the Hilton Head Area Association of Realtors and serves as Chairman of the Association’s Professional Standards Committee. He also serves on the Association's Legislative Committee to monitor and support area legislation that promotes the rights of home ownership.

Ed was the President of the Lowcountry Experimental Aircraft Association Chapter for several years, a local pilot's organization in the Hilton Head area that promotes general aviation. Ed and Diana live in Sea Pines and are Members of Providence Presbyterian Church.
