My professional journey began in Lima, Peru, where I studied Architecture, Design, and Marketing. This experience allowed me to understand the true potential that every space holds. In 2000, I moved to the United States and worked as a Project Manager on luxury renovations in Miami Beach, overseeing projects in some of the area's most exclusive properties. This experience honed my ability to identify and maximize the unique qualities of each property, transforming a house into a valuable home.

When I arrived in the Lowcountry, I found not only an incredible place to live but also a community I deeply value. For nearly a decade, I ran a successful landscaping business, which gave me an intimate understanding of the local market and the value of each property in the area. This experience has been fundamental to my real estate career, allowing me to integrate my knowledge of construction, design, and marketing to help both buyers and sellers make well-informed, strategic decisions.

My approach is to offer personalized service with transparency and commitment at every step of the process. I speak both English and Spanish fluently, which allows me to connect with a broader clientele and provide tailored services to meet each client's needs.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, my two teenage children, and our dog, Mika. I am passionate about yoga, meditation, and personal development values that I integrate into both my personal life and my professional practice.
