Carl Kratz is a broker at CENTURY 21 Integra Realty and has been a full-time realtor since 2009.  He has a strong business background, having been employed at a Fortune 500 company and owning multiple businesses including a rental property.  He has worked in a construction-related business locally, so he also has a solid understanding of local construction practices.  Carl has been a SC Lowcountry resident since 1996 and knows the character of each neighborhood in Beaufort and Jasper counties.  He works with buyers and sellers of single-family homes, townhomes, villas/condos, land and commercial properties.

He uses his business background, knowledge of homes, and extensive local knowledge to help his clients with every step of the buying and selling process.  Some of his hobbies include woodworking and getting out in nature.
