Hi!  I'm Kathy. 

I'm a United States Coast Guard licensed Master Captain and have been for over 14 years. I have lived in the Lowcountry for almost 25 years and love sharing the SC & GA coastal waterways with many a visitor and still continue to do so.  

When my husband was transferred to Birmingham, Alabama, 2 things prompted me to become a Realtor®

#1.  There is no water in Birmingham to captain on.

#2.   I had an awful experience selling and then buying my home; I felt disrespected and taken advantage of.   I also felt my agent just wanted me to buy a house, any house, not caring that I was looking for a HOME. 

I decided no one should EVER go through what I did.

We were fortunate to be able to relocate back to the Lowcountry, landing in Richmond Hill, GA.  I'm back on the water, Peyton's playing golf (I can tell you about almost any golf course or community around).  We are loving life and so happy to be home!

I now have my GA & SC licenses and belong to the Savannah Area Realtors, Golden Isles Association of Realtors and the Hilton Head Realtors. So feel free to explore anywhere along the GA & SC coast without worrying about county or state lines.
