My name is Julia Urbick, a South Carolina registered and licensed Realtor serving Beaufort County in the beautiful Hilton Head, Bluffton, and neighboring communities.

Having relocated to the Palmetto State, from my hometown of Lake Stevens, WA in 2014, I fully understand the excitement - and challenges - of starting fresh in a new community. By nature, I am passionate about helping others.
