Hi there! I'm Jeannie Conrad, licensed Realtor with Team Kasia serving Hilton Head, Bluffton, and Beaufort plus Jasper and Beaufort Counties.

 I have experience in a multitude of industries including medical, educational, and tons of retail. I joined Team Kasia in Feb 2021 and have worked for this exceptional team as an administrative assistant and client concierge expert until I became licensed in November 2022.

 I'm a dog mom, a lover of learning and life, and introverted extrovert. I love people and all things social just as much as I enjoy solitude and decompression time alone, snuggled up with my best friend pup Junior. 

Native of Winchester, VA and born just outside of the DC area, I made my way to Bluffton SC in the summer of 2016. After a few attempts at working for cleaning companies and starting my own, I then began work at a local deli until I was offered a calling assistant job with Team Kasia.

 Fast forward to today, I'm anxious and excited to assist my clients, my team, and make home buying and selling experiences smooth and seamless while taking top notch care of everyone involved with their best interests at heart! Never stop learning because life never stops teaching!
