Gain the confidence to explain macro-economic factors at a local level. This course will interpret national economic data and how it affects your local real estate on a residential and commercial level. We will help you to understand regional and state trends, as well as discover ways that you can better explain things to clients like new construction vs existing home sales statistics.

A computer or tablet – CAMERA IS REQUIRED TO BE ON FOR CE CREDIT.  Per LLR and ARELLO rules, you cannot receive CE credit if the instructor/class monitor cannot see that you are actively listening with your whole face visible on camera.

Must be in a stationary location (driving, exercising, walking the dog is not allowed)

Must have a Zoom (free) account and ensure that the screen name showing under your picture includes your FIRST and LAST name.

You must log in on time and attend the entire class for credit.
