Description
This course will explore the various Fair Housing violations agents experience within their advertisements and ways to avoid them.
We will apply the Code of Ethics Articles to everyday real estate practices, in person and on social media. Finally, we will examine the fundamentals of lead generation tools and systems agents can use to grow their database.

A computer or tablet – CAMERA IS REQUIRED TO BE ON FOR CE CREDIT. Per LLR and ARELLO rules, you cannot receive CE credit if the instructor/class monitor cannot see that you are actively listening with your whole face visible on camera.
Must be in a stationary location (driving, exercising, walking the dog is not allowed)
Must have a Zoom (free) account and ensure that the screen name showing under your picture includes your FIRST and LAST name.
You must log in on time and attend the entire class for credit.
