Description
Let’s discuss the purpose of a negotiation. We’ll cover what is required from the client and the agent for a successful outcome. This course will explore personal negotiating styles and how to recognize that of your counterpart. Finally, we will uncover an array of tools, tips, and techniques to help master the art of a negotiation for the real estate transaction.

A computer or tablet – CAMERA IS REQUIRED TO BE ON FOR CE CREDIT. Per LLR and ARELLO rules, you cannot receive CE credit if the instructor/class monitor cannot see that you are actively listening with your whole face visible on camera.
Must be in a stationary location (driving, exercising, walking the dog is not allowed)
