Description

This is a 3 Hour Live Zoom CE Class. This course will also fulfill your Triennial NAR Ethics requirement for Cycle 7 Jan. 1 2022 - Dec. 31, 2024. We will review the history of the Code of Ethics as it relates to its origins, its influence on state licensing laws and its establishment of arbitration as the monetary dispute resolution process between REALTORS®. Finally, we will apply the REALTOR® Code of Ethics Articles to everyday real estate practices.

A computer or tablet – CAMERA IS REQUIRED TO BE ON FOR CE CREDIT.  Per LLR and ARELLO rules, you cannot receive CE credit if the instructor/class monitor cannot see that you are actively listening with your whole face visible on camera.

Must be in a stationary location (driving, exercising, walking the dog is not allowed)

Must have a Zoom (free) account and ensure that the screen name showing under your picture includes your FIRST and LAST name.

You must log in on time and attend the entire class for credit.
