Primary Membership dues $606 annually. Prorated at time of membership application. One time new member fee $300

Secondary Membership dues (local and state) $405 annually.  Prorated at time of membership application. One time new member fee $300

Secondary Membership dues (local only) $250 annually,  Prorated at time of membership application. One time new member fee $300
